The resort itself is stunning, beautifully designed with a European countryside charm and set against a lush natural backdrop. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and eager to help, making the overall service experience top-notch. However, our stay at the villa was affected by a persistent pigeon problem. There were a lot of them around, leaving droppings all over the outdoor area, which made parts of the experience less pleasant than expected. It’s something the resort should urgently address given the otherwise premium setting. Overall, a gorgeous place with excellent service, but the cleanliness around the villa needs improvement due to the birds.

Sprookjesachtige omgeving. Chocolade buffet was wel anders dan ik gewend was in bijvoorbeeld Movenpick in Hua-Hin. Personeel erg vriendelijk.
