Great experience

It was my 8th wedding anniversary. I notified the hotel when I booked a room. When we entered the room, a staff prepared an anniversary cake for us. It's so heart warming. All staffs are nice and ver welcomed. The hotel is gorgeous. The only con that we had was the power went out for an hour. We couldn't stay in our room, because AC couldn't work. So, we went to an Italian restaurant to have a dinner. The restaurant was also nice.

Great stay

Villa was quiet, nice and clean. Housekeeping daily with unlimited drinking water in glass bottles. Cafe and animal club not bad. Wifi is average. Resort atmosphere, restaurant and swimming pool are great.

Best resort

Feels like king and queen who lived in the castle, best view from balcony, spacious room with classic furniture, best room i ever had from all the hotel i stayed in thailand. They give us early check in and late check out, thats really help..people in front office really friendly and help full, but the house keeping not really doing good their job.
