The location, the resort, the breakfast, and all the services were very excellent, but there were no slippers. Also the reception staff and concierge, all of whom were excellent

nice location and environment , most staff are very nice , but please take a better care at animal zoo and staff at the zoo are not friendly ps.at first i called to the hotel for more infomation about booking price and facilities but the staff not friendly at all and told me to book via Agoda without any recommend please improve about this part

Call operation to inquire at night fo requesting a late check-out, he said they couldn't provide it because there were customers checking in tomorrow. But, In the morning, i’m going to ask at the counter again. She said that we could be late check out because there was no one else staying. There was a power outage 2 times during the stay, but there was no call to apologize or take any responsibility. The hot water in the bathroom didn't work. I called for repairs. After repairing, still unable to use but he did not notify the customer. I must take cold showers all 3 nights. And there are other cars, The car was parked and charged at our house when we went out to eat breakfast. How terrible we stay!

It really took me to Europe. But imitation, they say, is the sincerest form of flattery. So whether you are a tourist looking for a whimsical weekend getaway or looking for a side trip to Bangkok that's quite unlike the capital city, allow yourself to be swept away to ‣ Europe -with a little imagination of course! Had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back with family.
