前台服务人员给我们免费升级了房型，贴心的带我们看了别墅，非常感谢，酒店的设施虽然有些旧，但是非常干净，公共区域也很漂亮

排水系統不良，建材較舊

退房时的服务态度不是特别优秀，从始至终都吃充满对抗性。在查房后，有发现拖鞋需要退还，我对此表示理解，但请你方能够教育员工对于一些备品的属性理解在各国文化中并不相同，请注重文化的多样性，一般在中国拖鞋系一次性的，游客可以自行带走。在查房得知拖鞋不在房间时，贵员工态度进一步变差，直接导致整个旅途在离开时变得没有那么愉悦。
