入住体验一般,门迎不是很到位,提前邮件沟通后把原本的泳池景观房(说升级)到了池塘景观房,最后在多次沟通下,积极做出了协调调整,以及补救措施。 植物打理很一般,池塘的水很脏,蚊虫很多,池畔房房间里的蚊子多到发指。小路上和泳池别墅的落叶也很多,建议可以适当调整植被。 另外泳池浴巾储备不足,有时候得等半小时。也很少见工作人员及时出来协调。泳池bar点餐也不方便,清台收拾也不及时。 另外雅高白金会员的早餐计划这家酒店没有包括在内,所以没有免费的早餐。付费体验了一下,原价800泰铢打完折是400泰铢一个人,丰富度也是低的可怜,内地亚朵全季都能秒杀这家的早餐。

We are very sorry to learn that your arrival felt mediocre and that the welcome from our doorman was not attentive. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared with our Front Office team for immediate improvement. We are also concerned about your comments regarding the landscaping, pond cleanliness, fallen leaves, and especially the mosquito situation in the room and surrounding areas. This is unacceptable and has been addressed with our Engineering, Housekeeping, and Gardening teams to reinforce pest control and daily maintenance procedures. We sincerely apologize for the shortage of pool towels, slow service at the pool area, and delays in clearing tables. We understand how frustrating this must have been and will review our staffing and service flow to ensure more prompt assistance. Regarding breakfast, we regret that the variety did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been shared with our culinary team for careful review and improvement. We also apologize for any confusion concerning Platinum benefits and breakfast inclusion, and for the disappointment caused by the rate difference you noticed prior to arrival. 前台服务人员给我们免费升级了房型,贴心的带我们看了别墅,非常感谢,酒店的设施虽然有些旧,但是非常干净,公共区域也很漂亮
