This is a top class hotel. It’s the second time I’ve been and I actually think I appreciate it more now than I did the first time. I was there last week from Sunday to Friday. It’s a classy place with an Egyptian theme and luxury rooms and facilities, but it maintains a humble touch. The staff are what help make it as far as I’m concerned. From Krishna and Shmaritty (sorry, I’ve probably butchered this spelling) who were there every day to check I had everything I needed in my room and were absolutely fantastic, to Mohammed, who was at our meeting rooms every day, smiling and chatting as he served the coffee, it really felt like a level of friendliness I have not experienced in other hotels and I applaud them for their hiring decisions or training because these guys reflect so well on the organisation! Rooms are incredible, pool is incredible, showers are the best. Food is unbeaten, especially breakfast. 10/10: would recommend.

A stunning hotel with Egyptian vibes; and huge rooms which are plush and luxurious; fantastic breakfast - small but high-class. But the major downer is the tepid and indifferent service everywhere on the property. Zero warmth and sense of hospitality. Feels like an Ibis in a business district and not a Raffles. Conviniently connected to Wafi mall for shopping.
