Everything was excellent. The staff is amazing, always trying to make you feel special. They gave us an unsolicited room upgrade with views of the sea and the pool. We had issues with the airline that lost our luggage, and the hotel took care of tracking them and provided a driver at no charge to retrieve them. The hotel staff always had a smile, especially Jallel, Sihem, and particularly Wiem at the reception. Lastly, we would like to thank Adel Nafeti, the Chief Concierge. Truly one of the best experiences we've had in terms of service and dedication. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon!

I went for my honeymoon stay. Stunning view of the sea from the room, very welcoming and caring staff members. The room is very comfy and cosy. Impeccable service on the beach, for the room and everything. Amine, Mme Fatma and everyone was very helpful during our stay at the hotel. I highly recommend it for any kind of stay in Tunis ❤️

Very nice hotel with a nice location and georgous view, the staff were incredibly friendly special mention to the reception and concierge they were very attentive and care about all the small details Thank you again for making our holiday so well-planned, stress-free, and memorable. I had an amazing massage performed by Amel. Honestly, it was the best massage I ever had and I had many in my life. What makes Amel stand out? She is extremely professional, and completely in tune with her client need. The music was relaxing, the place is quiet and Amel knew instinctively when to put pressure and when to be more gentle. After the massage, I felt so relaxed and at the same time energized. I highly recommend Amel. It was my birthday that day and she made it very special. Thank you Amel. I will come back. Insaf
