Today I had a breakfast at "Le Grand Restaurant" I was more than satisfied with the service and food quality, MMe Sabrine was very attentive to every single detail, she was just perfect, she made our day with her fascinating attitude. I totally recommend Mövenpick Hotel du Lac.

I have been into several hotels in Tunis and I can say differently the Mövenpick Du lac is the best .. Location wise, Service, Cleanliness, facilities, food and amenities. Ms. Soumaya (guest relations Manager ) is a super ordinary. She gives a real attention and care .. to be honest, all the staff are perfect .. from the bell boy to the top management.. was happy to be in such a lovely hotel .. sure will come back again .

While the room offers great value with its size, the furniture is outdated, not well-maintained, and shows signs of wear. This is evident from the time you enter to the lobby into the way to the room. My check-in experience was disappointing as I had to wait beyond the confirmed time, and the receptionist responded rudely to my inquiries without offering any apologies. I arrived at 1 pm, and was able only to take the room at 4 pm. However, the breakfast buffet and other facilities are excellent, with friendly staff serving there.

Very good hotel, quality never changes from the reception until checkout I have tried the Spa! Amazing job nawal, thank you!! The pool is fantastic, looks like a private one! The food is just ok I always feel home when I am in Movenpick Tunis du lac Please keep up the great job !

The hotel is nice close to the airport , staff is really friendly and room was really nice - as well the spa was great good service and very clean - only problem non alcohol is serve a little bit a pity for a business hotel but we manage to go out to place who serve alcoholic drinks - but it is a nice hotel .
