Dear Guanglong, First of all, we sincerely regret that your expectations were not fully met during your stay. We understand your request for a high-floor and quiet room at the time of booking. However, please note that such requests are treated as preferences and are subject to availability rather than guaranteed room features. Upon your arrival, the room assigned to you was based on the availability of our room inventory and occupancy status at that time. While high-floor rooms may have appeared available when the reservation was initially made, this does not necessarily mean that they would remain available on the date or time of check-in. Room availability may change depending on reservations, room assignments, and the departure status of previous guests.
