Dear Valuable Guest, I hope this message finds you well.We fully understand how distressing this must be and how it has impacted your experience.Following your report,we immediately conducted a thorough investigation,which included a review of our security camera footage and an analysis of the door lock access records for your room.Based on the findings,we have not uncovered any evidende that suggests this incident occured as a result of any actions by our team members.Our housekeeping staff,particularly the individual who serviced your room,has been with us for 9 years without any previous complaints or issues of the nature.Additionaly,it is important to note that in Turkey,online purchases cannot be completed without a confirmation code being sent directly to the cardholder's phone,especially when using a new or unfamiliar device.This adds an extra layer of security,making it unlikely that such an incident could occur without the cardholder's direct involvement.While we regret that this situation has cast a shadow over you stay,we would like to emphasize that there is no concrete evidence linking this incident to our hotel or staff.Please feel free to reach out to us if you require any further assistance.We truly value your trust in us and hope that,despite this incident,we can welcome you back in the future for a more positive experience. Regarding your comment about the oldness of the rooms; We are conscious of the old-fashioned furniture in the rooms and would like to inform you that our renovation process is already started with small partitions such as rugs, frames, mattresses and pillows. Our executive committee members and the shareholders have worked on renovation budget and very excited to proceed with full renovation project to continue to provide luxury, modern and memorable experiences to our valued guests along with visitors. We are very sorry that we couldn't meet your expectations regarding the service provided by our valued team members. We are a bit surprised regarding your kind comment about Breeze Bar as it is operating between 07:00 - 23:00 hours. It made us very happy to know that you were happy with the cleanness of the room. Regarding the decorative curtains, we have stoppers on the runners as per the standards however we have informed our technical team to double check all the rooms to avoid similar inconveniences accordingly. Please rest assured that your kind comments have been shared with related department heads to take serious actions.
