This was my first time celebrating a special occasion at this hotel, and I was truly impressed by the overall experience. The service throughout the hotel was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Chef Elif at Swiss Café. She is not only highly skilled in her culinary craft, but her warm smile and heartfelt service truly stood out. She even prepared a special little surprise for me, which was incredibly touching and made this experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the area, and I strongly encourage guests not to miss dining at Swiss Café. Because of this wonderful experience, I feel even more confident and happy to continue being an Accor Plus member. This is a place I would gladly return to again and again.

朝食はメニュー豊富で素晴らしいです。少し混んでいますが人気の証拠でしょう。 部屋はとても清潔で過ごしやすいです。 冷蔵庫が壊れていたので交換してもらいましたが、その後も不具合がありドリンクが十分に冷えませんでした。 シャワーの水圧が弱いのが気になりました。 クリーニングスタッフはとても親切ですが、夕方のリラックスしている時間に毎日ノックをされるのは少し不快でした。

I had an amazing stay at Swissotel in Izmir! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. The gym is well-equipped and perfect for a good workout. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff – they made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Izmir!
