部屋に6匹蝿が沸いており最悪だった。またトイレも清掃したとは思えないほど汚く、自分で清掃した。

朝食はメニュー豊富で素晴らしいです。少し混んでいますが人気の証拠でしょう。 部屋はとても清潔で過ごしやすいです。 冷蔵庫が壊れていたので交換してもらいましたが、その後も不具合がありドリンクが十分に冷えませんでした。 シャワーの水圧が弱いのが気になりました。 クリーニングスタッフはとても親切ですが、夕方のリラックスしている時間に毎日ノックをされるのは少し不快でした。

（良い点）空港からのディレイドバレッジを依頼どおり部屋に入れていおいてくれた。朝の集合時間に来ない連れの部屋に電話してくれ、応答がないと部屋に人を遣って確かめてくれた。フロントスタッフは、いつでも笑顔で、こちらの不慣れな英語に合わせゆっくり話してくれた。ありがとう。 （残念な点）バスタブのシャワーの散水が不均一。バスタブの排水が遅く、湯船で体を温めたあと栓を抜いて、1時間かかっても水がなくならず、バスタオルで体を拭いて出るのが大変。バスタブが区切られておらず、シャワーの水が洗面台の前にも飛んで、足拭きもビショビショになる。トイレリンスが冬でも冷水。洗面台の照明がオレンジ色で、顔の細かい部分が見づらい。体を洗うタオルが大きすぎるか小さすぎるものしかなく、薄く長い使い勝手の良いものがない。
