I stayed at Swissotel Büyük Efes İzmir for two nights on a business trip, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly suited for business travelers, with a calm and professional atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and focus. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with everything needed for a productive stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which is essential for work, and the overall soundproofing ensured a quiet night’s sleep. The location is also ideal, offering easy access to the city while still feeling peaceful. The staff were professional, attentive, and always helpful, which really added to the quality of the stay. Breakfast was varied and high quality, providing a great start to the day. Overall, Swissotel Büyük Efes İzmir exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely choose it again for future business trips.

朝食はメニュー豊富で素晴らしいです。少し混んでいますが人気の証拠でしょう。 部屋はとても清潔で過ごしやすいです。 冷蔵庫が壊れていたので交換してもらいましたが、その後も不具合がありドリンクが十分に冷えませんでした。 シャワーの水圧が弱いのが気になりました。 クリーニングスタッフはとても親切ですが、夕方のリラックスしている時間に毎日ノックをされるのは少し不快でした。

I had an amazing stay at Swissotel in Izmir! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. The gym is well-equipped and perfect for a good workout. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff – they made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Izmir!

Dear Swissôtel Grand Efes Team, I would like to extend my sincere thanks for the exceptional stay we experienced over the weekend. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Every detail for our children was thoughtfully prepared, which made our visit even more special and comfortable. We were also impressed by the hotel’s extensive walking areas and beautiful green surroundings. Being able to unwind in such a peaceful, nature-filled environment added a wonderful touch to our stay. The quality of the breakfast was outstanding — everything was fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with great care. Additionally, we truly appreciated the hotel’s artistic atmosphere; it felt like every wall featured a unique piece of art, making the entire property inspiring and elegant. The restaurant exceeded our expectations and truly stood out as a remarkable price-performance experience.
