It is great to know that our location next to a shopping area was convenient for your needs and that the staff in the breakfast area made a positive impression with their friendliness. We are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand that the size of the rooms may not have met your needs and we apologize for any discomfort this may have caused. Additionally, we regret if the service at the reception appeared less than welcoming; hospitality is paramount to us and we will ensure our front office team embodies this. Moreover, we understand the importance of timely housekeeping and are sorry for any delay you experienced; we are reviewing our processes to improve our efficiency in this area.
