The hotel is located in a renovated business district, well served by tramway. The premises are new and therefore clean. The experience would have been successful if the night reception had been of good quality and if it had not been necessary to ask - twice - for the rooms to be cleaned and beds made. For the latter, a single duvet is simply folded on the bed at the foot of.... It is the customer's responsibility to make their own bed. Furthermore, explaining that the cost of cleaning will be donated to charity if the customer does not insist that cleaning be carried out (at reception desk only!) is a matter for the hotel's marketing policy or the group to which it belongs, and not a service that a customer can legitimately expect to receive for the room rate charged. When returning late in the evening, the pleasure of finding your room and bathroom uncleaned, with the bed still to be made, is very relative for any guest. Furthermore, the breakfast hours (from 6:30 am on weekdays and 7:30 am on saturday) are not compliant with business guests who have to get up early to work and travel. As a result, breakfast cannot be eaten, even though it has been booked and paid for. Finally, the staff only speak German and correct English in a country that has four official languages, including Italian and French. This is surprising in the heart of a business district. Fortunately, this is not the case elsewhere in Zurich! Despite the quality of the room and the building, I would not recommend this hotel to business travellers.

Review – 25hours Hotel Zürich West Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was disappointing, despite having booked 3 rooms for our family trip. 1. Excessive deposit: Upon check-in, we were charged a deposit of 225 CHF per room. This has never happened to me before at hotels of similar category, and it felt excessive and unexpected. 2. Incorrect charges: At check-out, all minibar/room charges were assigned to one of our rooms, even though the guests in that room had not consumed anything. It took time and effort to clarify and resolve the issue. 3. No housekeeping: None of our rooms were cleaned during the stay. Only when we asked at reception were we told that we should have requested housekeeping in advance — something we were never informed of at check-in. For a hotel of this level, I expected clearer communication and better service standards. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations.

Great stop, on the tram into town so a restful escape if you're looking for something outside the city centre. Near shops and decent bar/restaurant. Hotel is comfortable with decent pool

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It has a unique and creative vibe that made it feel special. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the sauna on the top floor. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The location was also very good: a little outside the center, but very easy to reach by tram in just a few minutes. Would definitely recommend it!

Good location with an excellent bar and amazing breakfast (one of the best I have seen). I did not like the deco and the fact that the bedroom windows opens onto an inside patio without fresh air. Excellent healthy bathroom amenities. Top service from the staff.
