Fantastic stay here. Tram to the centre is just 1 minute from the front door. Really liked the free mini bar in room which consists of 2 bottles of beer, 1 bottle of coke, 1 sparkling & 1 still water. Ready salted crisps and a chocolate bar. This can be restocked once a day. Most quietest hotel I’ve stayed in. No noise from other rooms or outside. Staff really friendly. The only reasons I give 4/5 is there was only 1 large pillow and a small cushion type pillow, the pillow was really soft and I need to pillows at least. The room was cold at times. Despite turning aircon up, it just did it’s own thing. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed in the 25hours hotel and it was just amazing. The employees are so friendly, they helped us to book a super nice trip to Luzern. Thank you again for that. Their restaurant is also really good.

really cool hotel in a quiter part of zurich, really close to the river must be amazing in summertime. The staff was really nice and helpfull. The tram to the city center is right in front of the hotel and we even took the bikes one day to drive around the area. I really enjoyed my time there and will definitely come back!

We were staying in Zurich as part of a festive getaway before Christmas, and we settled on 25 Hours West as our hotel for the evening. It’s very well connected by public transport, and literally has a Tram stop right outside the hotel entrance. I love a bit of a quirky hotel, and 25 Hours Zurich West certainly ticked that box. It’s decor was stylish yet a little crazy, and there was plenty to catch your eye. We checked in with the front desk team, and although I didn’t get the name of the team member who checked us in, she was delightful and recommended various things for us to do whilst in Zurich for the evening. She even gave us a call in the room 15 minutes after checking in to see if everything was okay, I’ve never had that even in 5 star hotels, and it was a really lovely touch. The room itself was very nice. It was functional, modern and very clean. It had all the things you’d expect in a good hotel, and more. The room included a free minibar with beers, soft drinks, snacks and water - all of which were much appreciated and certainly added another reason to stay at this fabulous hotel. After exploring the wonderful Christmas markets of Zurich, we returned and had a great night sleep in their very comfortable beds. We booked breakfast the following morning, and much like everything else at the hotel was top quality. There was too many highlights to list but it really was a sumptuous breakfast - we even had a glass of bubbles which were available (it was holiday after all!). In summary, you will not be disappointed with a stay at 25 Hours Zurich West. The staff are amazing, the rooms are lovely and comfortable and the breakfast was sublime.

Excellent service and location. Wonderful staff. best hotel breakfast I ever had. Just great. Either location is ready to get to the city. Parking is a little tricky at the closer location so ask how before you go.
