We are so sorry to learn about the cleanliness issues in your villa, including the room preparation, stains on bed linen, towels, and curtains, as well as the long check-in and check-out process. Please rest assured that we have shared these concerns with our Housekeeping as well as Front Office teams for immediate review and corrective action. Regarding the fruits and the condition of some furniture, we appreciate your honest observations. We will work closely with our supplier to improve the fruit quality, and our Engineering and Management teams will evaluate the replacement of worn-out items, including the kitchen cabinets. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding certain guest behaviors. Pets are not permitted in our restaurant areas, and we will reinforce this policy to ensure compliance. As for the incident at the beach, we are truly sorry for the unpleasant experience. Our Recreation team will enhance monitoring, and we will review the feasibility of additional facilities to maintain comfort and hygiene for all guests.
