Dear Mr. Andrei D. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the construction noise near the hotel during your stay. We understand how disruptive it can be to hear heavy construction work, especially from early morning until the evening, and we regret the impact this had on your comfort and overall experience. Unfortunately, the construction activity is taking place outside the hotel and is beyond our direct control. However, we fully understand your frustration and are continuously communicating guest feedback to the relevant parties whenever possible.
