We always try to provide the best service to our loyalty members, especially Diamond members like you. Knowing that your reservation was managed by a travel agent, we have no way of recognizing you as Accor LeClub member. Only when you check in, we were able to recognize your status, our reception team gave you a room upgrade. Allow me to express my sincere apologies for the absence of welcome fruit basket. Unfortunately, the Club Lounge has not been available at our hotel since our opening.
