Simply the best seafood buffet EVER. Try the succulent squid and shrimp grilled fresh, the fantastic fresh fish, juicy pork ribs, and Vietnamese street food. All fresh with top notch service. Free beer but we went with the Chilean wine which was on point. All around wonderful experience.

I stayed here with a group of cyclists. Rooms were nice with unbeatable views. Breakfast was good. But what most impressed me was the service I received from Tuan, one of their customer service people. I was having difficulty changing my travel plans and he helped a great deal, spending the time and effort to fix my problems. Thank you, Tuan.

The Novotel in Nha Trang was the perfect base for our large group of friends and family attending a wedding ceremony in Nha Trang. The hotel is perfectly positioned on the sea front and near all the shops , restaurants and attractions. Our room ( superior sea view) was great. It was very large with lovely furnishings, large bathroom and big balcony over looking the esplanade. We used the laundry service several times which was prompt and good value. Breakfasts were epic with a great pho , lots of fruit, and many Vietnamese and European options. The staff , particularly Tu -FBM, Thanh, Man, and Huy were incredibly helpful. They facilitated a lovely setting for the grooms family to gather , have photos and set off to the bride’s home. They were amazingly attentive throughout. Thank you. Can thoroughly recommend the hotel to any one coming to Nha Trang.

The most friendly helpful staff in a very comfortable stylish hotel with a great location, fantastic views & excellent food. Bedrooms are very clean comfortable with good air con. The hotel staff really could not have done any more to make our stay personal and perfect.
