Always a pleasure to stay here. Hotel offers airport shuttles. Advisable to make reservation especially if you need pick up from Terminal 2. Check in was quick. Good service at reception, bar & restaurant. Our compliments to Max, Jacob & Peter. Room is spacious, food was delicious. This is a good place to stay in between your flights & travels. And excellent service for Accor members.

The hotel is ok if you want to stay close to the airport. There is not much in the area otherwise. Some rooms are being refurbished : try to get one because the other are past their expiration dates. Hotel has a free shuttle service running to the airport every hour. Breakfast is good. Bar and restaurant on site. The staff is very friendly !

Very nice for an overnight layover. It is a little older (no USB chargers) but well kept. Food was very good. The airport shuttle was very good noting the airport is 20 minutes away. A very good deal for the money.

I came out here for a few days to get away from the hustle and Bustle of London. |A friend recommended this hotel, she comes here for business. It was Amazing. Outside Frankfurt by 120 minutes or so but what a fantastic hotel. The rooms are not 5 star but they don't pretend they are either. From Sabastian the driver who met me at the airport i have been blown away by how friendly the German people are. Its my first time to Germany and certainly not my last. 4 days is just about right to see Frankfurt. Thank you Mercure for your hospitality you have certainly wone me over. Every single member of staff need praising so i shall not go through, the continuity from staff member to client was outstanding.

hotel shuttle not reliable------we ended up spending 37 EURO to get to hotel night desk staff very rude and condescending no food available after 9 pm we were very happy that the bar was at least open and the barmaid friendly
