For many years, I have done training in a variety of hotels and venues, and very seldom have I experienced the level of high-quality service as I have this week at the Mercure. As a trainer, I need someone to look after the logistics, refreshment, timings etc This week I experienced amazing service and support from the team but especially from ADRIANO - he was amazing in every which way. HE checked in with me at the start of the day to confirm details for the day, made sure I had coffee etc and throughout the day made sure everything was going according to plan Then when it came to morning and afternoon breaks + lunch, everything was always on time and of a high quality ADRIANO is a credit to the team - well done - be proud

We only stayed one night, but we thought the service and the room were outstanding - we would definitely stay here again. Super quiet, we didn't heard a sound all night. Our prearranged shuttle driver showed up early to pick us up, and the shuttle was ready to go back to the airport at 6am as promised.

What a lovely hotel. Charming greeting on was. Early check-in, no problem. Room was perfect, large ,comfortable and very clean. Great bed, I could have spent another two hours there, but i was hungry. Great buffet breakfast. The bar was very nice, friendly staff and nice, reasonably priced food. Great stay

We stayed one night and had a really wonderful time We were allowed to check in early and we were made to feel extremely welcome. Our room was on the second floor and had great aircon plus a ceiling fan. The bed was incredibly comfy with good quality duvet and mattress. Also had a window that opened fully. Quirky art work all around the hotel - from little artefacts to massive paintings - very interesting There are forest walks very close by and a couple of restaurants and a burger king within a 15 mins walking distance. 20 mins walk to Ercan supermarket. (Walking slow in heat) We had super burgers in the restaurant in the evening- possibly the best I’ve eaten ! Served with hot proper chips. Excellent chef. Good choice of food for breakfast. The bar staff were amazing, excellent, friendly service and very reasonably priced. There’s also a beer terrace. Lovely cheerful check out. We’d prebooked the shuttle, 5 euros per person. Took approx 15 mins back to the airport. The driver was wonderful, professional and friendly. All of the staff we met went out of their way to talk to us - really amazing! Probably the best airport hotel we have had the pleasure of staying in.
