The property is soooo beautiful the view is amazing .it's so peaceful. The rooms are very clean and overlooking the river.the service and staff is excellent. The asst sales manager Elizabeth da costa was very helpful right from booking the rooms to check in and check out.The rates of the rooms are soo reasonable considering such a beautiful property 5 star standards overall the best experience ever.

superb service, great food and the staff were really very helpful and looked after all 3 of us extremely well . Lisa who we booked with was most accomodating with the rooms that we requested , and all in all a great experience . Will definitely be going back

Decent rooms given the positioning of the brand Mercure in Accor. The property is well maintained and offers good views of the river. Breakfast was ok, however, the evening snacks which they serve from 4.45 pm to 5.15 hadn't begun even until 5.05 pm and there was a staff carrying a red cake on 9th March around 4.55 pm in the Panipourri restaurant who was actually screaming angrily at his colleagues which created a very hostile atmosphere in the dining area. The work environment for his colleagues must be difficult which could be the reason for average service in the restaurant by the restaurant staff. However, the food tasted good and was well prepared. The gym needs a major upgrade- no WiFi in gym and no network made workout boring but the serious malfunctioning AC made the gym like a sauna. Similarly my room's AC even at lowest temperature wasn't cooling the room the way it's supposed to be which made it difficult during daytime to be in the room in March heat.

Our stay at Mercure Goa Devaaya Resort was delightful from start to finish. We booked directly, and the manager and staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, including rooms rooms next to each other. The beautifully maintained grounds and serene riverfront setting created a relaxing atmosphere. High tea by the river was a memorable highlight, beautifully served with a stunning view. The resort offers fun activities for all ages, keeping everyone entertained. The food was fresh and delicious, with a great variety and innovative mocktails. The informative mocktail class was a fun experience. Special thanks to the front desk for resolving technical challenges to ensure my points were credited, and to the restaurant staff for their thoughtful attention to our children. A perfect destination for a peaceful and well-catered getaway. Highly recommended!

We were at the Mercure for my sister in law's wedding. The staff were very helpful. Sathvik made us feel at home and suggested lots of delicious food... While Hlutei and Rini made our life easy by helping out with our children. I recommend a stay in this place. Only downside is that wifi connection is really bad, that's why I am reducing one star.
