This place is absolutely a gem. It is well maintained, clean and well manicured. In general everyone is so helpful and pleasant. Food is good and the servers go above and beyond. Having said that I personally had few unpleasant experiences. I was paying by cash and when I gave 10K cash to the reception lady she quickly scammed me by saying it is only 8.5K. I did not dispute as I was tired from the travels and has experienced such events in India that lead nowhere. I was also charged rupees 100 + GST for a soda that actually costs rupees 20. Barring theses 2 things the overall stay was absolutely amazing.

Had a very good experience with stay and also with the staff very polite and very much helpful Came accross so many staffs member but i remember Lactor who helped me with quick things which was needed at off time n also while he was on duty he n his few team mates they where very helpful....special thanks to Lactor because of such an amazing staff hotel runs in very beautiful manner

It is a great place to stay with the family. There are a planty of activities to do. Even without the activities, the place is very pleasant to stay, if you are looking for some peace. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Loved the hospitality. I was in double mind while booking, thinking three days might be too long a stay. But ended up wanting for more once I was here.

The hotel is awesome with spectacular greenery & other activities. The guys from front desk to security is doing a great job here with smile on face. From checkin to check out everything went great for us. Thank you everyone for making it happen. Special mention for James & Sulochana at the front desk. Ashish, Rini, Hlutei, Terresa at the restaurant & couldn’t catch HK team names but they maintained our room very clean & hygiene. Thank you everyone 🫶
