Having read reviews after I booked the hotel; it was much better than expected. Yes, it is on a flight path but there are not that many flights and did not disturb sleep. Yes, some of the staff's English was not so good but some were exceptionally good in communicating. The shuttle bus is expensive and does not make sense to take when a Grab is much cheaper for 2 people. Good Happy Hour. Good coffee in lobby. Internet very poor and frequently dropped out or did not work.

Staff doesn’t speak English

We went there in December 2023. The staff doesn’t speak good english, a bit far from main attractions of Chiang Mai. Probably not coming back here. Breakfast not appealing. Better choose other all hotels. But this is the new one among others

I frequently stay at Novotel Chiangmai Nimman Journeyhub Hotel for my business trips (3 times in 2 months already), and I have always found it to be a quality choice. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making my visits enjoyable and stress-free. However, I have encountered a significant issue during my last three stays. On multiple occasions, I needed to make important business calls, but the internet connection was consistently terrible and extremely unreliable. This has been a major inconvenience and has affected my ability to conduct business effectively. Overall, while I appreciate the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff, I hope that improvements can be made to the internet service to enhance the overall experience for business travelers.
