El personal es muy servicial. Te ofrecen café gratis en el lobby pero el pan que tienen ahí debes pagar 100 bat,en otros hoteles es gratis también. La habitación para mí es cómoda,buena cama. El desayuno es normal,huevos a tu gusto, No está en carretera principal. Rescato el buen servicio de los trabajadores.

I was not happy with this hotel, I usually book accor hotels only . Service issue , Ants problems , location of hotel not ideal . Noise issues from other rooms Good part was the view from swimming pool. They don’t acknowledge accorplus members like other hotels does .

Great safe location, but in-hotel dining could be better

Biggest plus-point was the proximity to MAYA mall and One Nimman mall (10-minute walk). Felt very safe for females travelling alone. Comfortable rooms with multiple USB charging points so Thai chargers are not required. Easy to order taxis as well as GrabFood to the hotel. Limited choices in terms of vegetarian food, less pricey options can be found within walking distance.

En mi opinión por debajo del estándar de NOVOTEL. La zona de piscina muy pobre, patio central bonito pero peligroso en su diseño de transito (vistos 2 personas con accidente en la zona). La ubicación un poco fuera de la zona centro y vistas a parking de tierra. Calidad-precio. Encuentro opciones mas interesantes en el pais incluso dentro de la misma cadena ALL. Miembro SILVER, es la primera vez desde que somos miembros que la bebida a nuestra llegada son "soft drinks"

Good Staff service at front. Great gym and location.

Good Service from Front staff who check in and provide hotel facilities for us. She always smile and greeting us when walk pass the hotel lobby. There are free shuttle to Maya mall which very good for me to shopping at Nimman road. Also taxi or grab she can service to me as per request. The location near Nimman and CMU so, i can order local food drop at front desk. It is so easy. The room was not big size but facilities like pool and gym was ok. I enjoy with 24hrs. gym.
