服务一般，只有第一天入住有放瓶装水在房间内，一共住了4晚，其他都没有的，后面问前台说可能是收拾房间的人忘了放了。房间每天都有收拾，但每天都会弄到原本的东西位置乱了，睡衣也被随意扔在床上

I chose this hotel because I've enjoyed other stays at ibis Styles hotels in Japan. In my experience the English proficiency seems to be higher in this hotel chain compared to other hotels in Japan, which was also true for this one in Nagoya. But it also felt less personal compared to other ibis Styles hotels. I have to admit I was a bit concerned when I checked in and there was a highway right outside my room. But the soundproofing was excellent, I couldn't hear anything from the quite busy road. The area in general is quiet at night. The room was immaculately clean, as (almost) usual in Japan. The bed was too hard for my liking. Coming back to the hotel my first evening in Nagoya I actually wondered if it was located in a red light district, as there were young Japanese girls on the sidewalk in pajamas holding teddy bears trying to lure in customers to whatever was going on. If I ever come back to Nagoya I'll probably choose another hotel closer to either Nagoya station or a subway.

好處：酒店位置近名鐵火車站及巴士總站、附近有7-11便利店 有待改善的地方：雪櫃唔夠凍、洗手枱面清潔不足（有黐笠笠）。

櫃檯服務人員有待加強，地點還行、房間不錯，但無法打開兩個行李箱

走路可到名古屋車站，位置還行，但是櫃檯服務人員有待加強，不會英文沒關係，連日語解說都沒有，就拿個停電通知書，手指著英文說明不發一語，我已經住過兩次，都有同樣的問題

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Pros: Buffet breakfast is not bad. A mix of Japanese and western food albeit selection is not too wide. Room is stylish and clean. Bathroom is clean but a little tiny. Reception came and change the air purifier/humidifier immediate after my complaint. They serve Illy coffee at the coffee house, however this is chargeable. Cons: Once checked in, realised that the air purifier/humidifier is not working properly but... refer the pros! :D About 10 mins walk from Nagoya Station. A little far if you have a large luggage!
