The mold smell in the shower room, the condition of the bidet, and the dust behind the hanger and under the bed are all points that should not have been overlooked. We are especially sorry that this affected your family trip. A guest room must feel clean and safe, particularly when staying with children, and we regret that we did not meet that basic expectation. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team. We will review the cleaning of bathrooms, hidden areas around the bed and hanger, and the condition of our cleaning equipment so that this does not happen again.
