Dear Customer, we want to thank you for this feedback, which allows everyone to see our beautiful hotel through your photographer skills. I am glad you enjoyed the room you slept in, and I am also sorry that you did not like the breakfast buffet. It's true that the week-end you came, we also welcomed Taekwondo European competition, so we had many people at the same time. So my team worked hard to be sure to provide everything at the same time on the buffet, I am sure you can understand their efforts. My team also want to thank you for coming here, since you allow them to improve their english ! Indeed our rooms does not provide no refrigerators nor free water bottle, where have you seen this written ? If it's the case, please tell us so we can correct it, because it has never been the case here, I am sorry for this. At last, I hope you enjoyed your trip in France, and you still feel comfortable with Accor hotels. I wish you a beautiful day,
