Large hotel, located in a busy road, away from the city center and close to the airport. Free parking. A strange situation occurred when I paid the room. I have made a reservation with points (I am an All client) to get a lower rate. But I ended up paying the normal price. The lady at the reception recognized the error, bur did not wish to correct it. Mistakes may happen, but they should be corrected. The situation took a couple of weeks and exchanged emails with the Customer care, until it was solved. Not nice.

Good meeting time spend at Mercury Hotel, conference room well equipped with great sistem audio video,with natural light. Hotel has nice rooms with good linen and rooms have AC Parking place big enough for cars. Is a good option to spend a weekend in Sibiu.

Pleasant stay, spacious, well-decorated room, clean and tidy bathroom, diverse breakfast where you can find traditional and diverse dishes. The hotel also has a conference room with modern audio and video equipment. Generous parking that does not require a reservation. Ideal for business, with functional wifi internet and quality signal.

I stayed there only for one night . Freshly renovated hotel,big and clean rooms and a lovely breakfast. The staff is very helpful and very toughtfull with the guest needs. I will definitely return for a longer stay !
