The hotel is ideally located. A block away from the fun of Parque 93, and right next to restaurants and coffee shops. It's a lively and safe environment. Overall, the hotel was good. One our second day, the water went out and took some time to come back, and come back clear. Because if this, the hotel offered free breakfast for the following 2 days which was nice on their part. The breakfast though, was a tad underwhelming. Lots of empty plates. Overall, we'd recommend the hotel.

This property is a mid range business hotel, located in the busy area of Parque 93…nice restaurants and night life very close by. Room service could use some improvement to the menu, but my overall stay was good. Staff was always helpful and eager to assist.

Overpriced. Breakfast was ok but the most uncomfortable awkward seats EVER in any restaurtant. Outside of breakfast I cannot recommend the food in the restaurant. besides the ridiculous seats, the food except for brakfast is not good. However, many good restaurants around to eat. It is a "trendy" area around the hotel that is why it is priced so high. I believe the Dann Hotel nearby is a better value.

unreliable and rude

despite we had a confirmed booking they had no room anymore for us when we arrived. They tried to move us to another hotel. Staff was very rude so we decided to go and solve the problem ourselves. Never would I stay in Novotel again.

Dear guest, As we reported when we arrived at the hotel, we had a maintenance problem that had to be resolved urgently, and for this reason, we had to take several rooms out of service. Due to this, we reserved you in a higher category hotel and with a discount on the rate for you to stay, and as a courtesy the transportation services.
