Dear Mr. N., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at Pullman Lima San Isidro. We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you encountered during your honeymoon, as this does not align with the high standards of hospitality we strive to maintain. We deeply regret that you felt unwelcome and unsupported by our front desk staff upon your arrival. Please be assured that we take such matters seriously and have initiated an internal investigation to address the issues raised in your feedback. It is disheartening to learn that our staff's attitude and level of assistance did not meet your expectations. We understand the importance of providing exceptional service to all our guests, regardless of their background or travel preferences.
