A 4 star hotel that does not even provide a bottle of water in the room any more!

Dear Andreas, A very warm wishes from Mantra Melbourne Epping. Firstly, please accept my apologies for the experience which will be followed up with our team internally in our hotel. While I appreciate your loyalty - I assure the customer service is our number priority, and we thrive for. In regards to the water, we do have the complimentary filter in the ground level of the hotel with hot / cold water - as part of the Environemtal sustainability Governance, we are completely eliminating single use plastics and water bottle is one of them. However, I have taken note of your feedback to source the alternative and thank you once again for sharing. My apologies once again and we look forward to welcoming you back.
