Super comfy stay in family room with pool access plus a jacuzzi feature outside our room. Excellent service from Ms Jee Nok executive housekeeper who even decorated our room with welcome back message and ensured we are well taken care of. Totally relaxing stay.

I have been there with my family last week, It has been fantastic experience and convenient location. A perfect place for my husband and myself. They have a wonderful Rosalyn spa and all spa products are locally made Bio quality, All staff so amazingly friendly and competent. We will come back 😘

First of all, the quality of sleeping bed here is the best compare to other 5-star hotel I stayed ( No. 1 in my heart) and it’s our 3rd stay with feelings of better and better from the team 💚💚💚 the gardeners team always greeted us with smile & wai every morning we met them 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 I celebrated my anniversary at Pullman Khao Lak, and it was perfect! The stunning property and incredible service made it unforgettable. Huge thanks to Khun Peanut, the Front Office team (Khun Moo, Khun Milk, Khun Lisa, Khun Pare), Khun M at the restaurant, Khun Nok in housekeeping, and the spa team (Khun Tan and Khun Natty). Can’t wait to come back!

Just had a great stay at this lovely property. The team were all hospitality focused and made our stay so enjoyable. The facilities for families in particular are excellent with plenty of activities organized for children and adults alike. Thanks to everyone but particularly to Manager Nicholas, Khun Moo Front Office Manager, Khun Milk & Khun Lisa Guest Relations, Khun Ko Armeen in the beachfront bar and the incomparable Khun Nok, the ‘everywhere woman’ Head Of Housekeeping (who should be promoted to Director Of Rooms!).

This Pullman Hotels is located in a quite rural area with beachfront access. It is well presented, has very friendly and helpful staff and is a true resort hotel. Access t James Bond Island is available via the hotel quest services and is a first glass experience. Both dining options at the hotel offer great food and one lovely sunset views.
