Everything was excellent, the hotel provide a complete. the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staffs are very friendly, responsive, and informative, Special thanks to Mey, very friendly & helpful during my stay. The food is all delicious in our tongues and suits our tastes. Hope we can come again. Overall, Definitely will be going back soon

For the service is good, the view is good, but for television facilities it is better to upgrade to a smart TV. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, both the staff in the restaurant. Thank you.

Stopped by at Novotel karawang before continue our journey to Lembang. Service unexpectedly great! Special mention to Mey from GRO team to prepare our room and special occasion decoration creatively! Also got vip parking in front of lobby. As a platinum member we got upgraded to deluxe room. Unfortunately they didnt provide any free mini bar service neither lounge here. And only 2 mineral water provided (15k for additional bottle) Breakfast selection was okay. The flavor was pretty good, especially their nasi liwet combo and their coffee + fresh juice (i think this is another benefit from platinum membership) Service at the Restaurant also good and attentive. Overall we will be back if we need stopover at karawang next time. Thank you novotel karawang for such a great service!

Such a great staff and services. Good location near from west karawang toll gate Now with more unique breakfast menu Near to Grand outlet and karawang industrial area So in a same time we can have business trip together with some shopping experience together

Staying with family and it’s a pleasant ecperience. Incredibly friendly and attentive service from Meylani & Tunggul. Really thankful for them in making our stay very enjoyable. Suite room is spacious. Got kids corner as well for kids to play around. Overall, it’s a good stay in Karawang area. There’s also free shuttle to the premium outlet nearby.
