Novotel Karawangでの滞在は全体的に快適でしたが、ホテル設備についていくつか改善してほしい点があります。 客室や共用エリアの一部設備のメンテナンスが十分ではなく、やや古さを感じました。また、Wi-Fi接続が時々不安定で、不便に感じる場面がありました。さらに、いくつかの設備については、より丁寧な管理や改修が必要だと思います。 スタッフの対応はとても親切でプロフェッショナルだったため、設備面が改善されれば、さらに満足度の高いホテルになると思います
