My hotel experience was wonderful!!! Kiya at front desk was very pleasant upon arrival. Room was very clean. Our room came with a spectacular view of Karawong city. The gym was also very clean and well stocked. Breakfast came with a plethora of both tasty and eye pleasing foods. Indonesian and American cuisine. Beautiful infinity pool added a nice final touch to our stay.

The quality is good. The food is delicious. But the staff needs more improvement for their service to get better improvement. So far, it's good place stay with the family or relatives in weekend or national holiday. Spending time in this place is such a good choice take. Enjoy the holiday.

Very recommended hotel in Karawang, best food and place for meeting and family trip. Best value rooms, clean and comfort to have staycation here. Hopefully we can go back here for staycation or another needed like meeting and training agenda

ok, next time will be back. Here’s a positive review for Mercure Karawang: "I recently stayed at Mercure Karawang and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable but smell smooky due to smooking room, with modern amenities that made my stay relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to help, ensuring that everything went smoothly. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to shopping centers and other attractions. I highly recommend Mercure Karawang for both business and leisure stays!"

Execellent service from all of the staff. We have the 3 days activities and it's running well. The foods are delicious. The place is really comfort for business meeting. Mr Wisnu as a Marekting has a good offeer for our Institution. Mr Uunk from Bunquet team already privided all We need.
