A pleasant experience staying at this hotel. With friendly staff and comfortable room. The food thar served at breakfast is also very delicious. Hopefully the Mercure karawang hotel will be more succesfull. Thank you for the great experience.

My hotel experience was wonderful!!! Kiya at front desk was very pleasant upon arrival. Room was very clean. Our room came with a spectacular view of Karawong city. The gym was also very clean and well stocked. Breakfast came with a plethora of both tasty and eye pleasing foods. Indonesian and American cuisine. Beautiful infinity pool added a nice final touch to our stay.

The quality is good. The food is delicious. But the staff needs more improvement for their service to get better improvement. So far, it's good place stay with the family or relatives in weekend or national holiday. Spending time in this place is such a good choice take. Enjoy the holiday.
