A great place handy to all,and upgrade made it excellent would highly recommend, the breakfast is a buffet and well organised by Jade Wife loves the place and good to get away for the night We have not tried evening meal yet but next time will make time

First of all the front staff was not cooperative enough. When we asked about redeeming the complementary drinks, she said the bar is closed and they did not inform us about it at the time of booking. Later when we called the reception from the room to ask for ice bucket, they said we do not have enough staff to send it to your room. So I had to go downstairs to get it. I called the manager and asked about this staff issue, he told me that they have enough staff as usual. We already booked for the breakfast the next day, so we went to the restaurant in the morning and did not find enough food half of the plates were empty, no croissant, no sausages etc. Also they did not serve coffee, I asked about the coffee to the staff to which they said you have to pay for the coffee otherwise there is a coffee machine over there if you can make it. Machine was old and completely useless with faded buttons and no milk in it. To this point I was completely frustrated. What is the meaning of breakfast without coffee and especially when I had already paid for the breakfast extra. Completely disappointing experience. Would not recommend anyone to stay there, instead do yourself a favour and book somewhere else and even save some money on your booking because they are expensive.

Checkin staff and wait staff were all good to deal with. Very clean and large rooms. Only downside was the fridge was very very small and I was concerned that it was not operating as it didn’t feel at all cold. Great view overlooking the Catholic PS. Close to shops and right in the middle of town but surprisingly a very quiet hotel. I think this is much better than the Mecure (I’ve stayed there several times before) but the Mantra is my preferred hotel. Great room, dinner and breakfast.

This is in the middle of Albury, a lovely modern room with everything you need, even a great view from our 7 th floor. Underground parking and a good happy hour 4-6. Even better if you are an Accor Plus member. Restaurant is a bit soulless. Service was very good.

We are two families with young school-aged children travelling from Melbourne to Canberra, just needing to break the trip in the middle. We have been repeatedly disappointed by Airbnb over the last few years, with poor and inconsistent quality, so we decided to return to old-fashioned serviced apartments. We were pleasantly surprised by this brand-new Mantra Apartment in the heart of Albury. We booked 2 of the 2 bedroom apartments and this is one of the best / largest serviced apartments (with largest ensuite bathroom and even have 3 toilets) we have stayed. It's spacious, modern, clean. and extremely comfortable. Complimentary buffet breakfast is also included in our booking which is a pleasant bonus. Kids were occupied for hours in the kids playroom. Staff are friendly and courteous. Parking is not an issue at all in the country town. Free parking is available at Target next door and on the street on the weekends and yes hotel paid parking is also available. Yes we loved Mantra Albury.
