Fantastic apartment with absolutely every thing you ever wish for. The roof top Pool was amazing. Thank you for the perfect stay and we will definitely be back. Everything from service to room to location was 10 out of 10. The staff were so friendly

Not up to standard, especially not as a "resort"

I booked this room, at a higher rate than normal, due to limited availabilty for Gold Coast Marathon, but looked very impressive in the advertising. Unfortunately the reality was very different. Couch in the room would have been out of place in a shack, it was that old and damaged. Window in bedroom didn't seal properly, and I spent the first night with a "gentle breeze" blowing across my face, and curtains (small enough as is) being blown outwards, and basically redundant. Was moved for the extra 2 nights, into an adequate room, but won't be back.

Smell in the room but it was clean. We stayed 7 nights and They wanted extra money for towels, toilet paper and there was no wifi unless you paid extra. Apartment had 4 towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper in it when we arrived and there was 3 adults booked to stay. They told us if we set of the fire alarm from using the dryer they would charge us 1500 dollars.

We stayed at Gold Coast last April for 3 nights and overall, we had a good experience. However, we were disappointed that our room did not have air conditioning and instead, they provided us with a fan. The room was uncomfortably hot, and despite our complaint, there was no follow-up from the hotel staff. This left my husband feeling quite disappointed.
