second stay here love being so close to everything shops restaurants supermarket all just across the street the staff are friendly and helpful with booking shuttles tour tickets apartment well maintained and clean will be back

4th time I've stayed here in 12 months, if this was my 1st I'd never come back! All other units have been ok, good value for money - but this one was sub standard. Everything was worn out run down or broken. The freezer didnt freeze, the fridge turned out milk sour, the taps didn't stop dripping the entire time, the tiles in the shower were broken and stained, the wardrobe doors did not slide open, they were stuck! the remote for the tv was held together with masking tape, the coffee table was chipped and scratched, the air conditioner remote screen was smashed so you did not know what settings were on. I could go on and on there were just so many faults in the place it was like living in the bronx - I live in a nice house and expect when I go away to have the same luxury, I dont want flash and expensive, but I just want somewhere livable, and this was just not that. I dont normally complain, but as you can see the list just went on and on. To not even have a working fridge and freezer - that is just not good enough! I will say the washing machine and dryer were both new and worked well, that was the only positive in this entire experience

We had a great time at the Cosmopolitan, its location was great and we had a view of the sea from our balcony & master bedroom. With Cavill Ave straight across the road & the tram station a 2 minute work it was central to everything and the staff were friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Will stay again in the future.

Great location amazing service nice room. Very happy with everything. We got there at 10 am and the staff facilitated the check in. No noise or issues whatsoever. I highly recommend the place and I advise don’t listen to bad reviews and go try it yourself Glad I booked there.

We loved every second of our stay, thanks to you guys for arranging for a high floor, with a view we were expecting, decent facilities along with parking was a delight. We love surfers paradise and living so close to was a pleasure.
