Very happy with our apartment and cost, loved the pools and The Boardwalk Restaurant. Good buffet breakfast. Staff were very accommodating. Beautiful view of the marina from our apartment. Really enjoyed our four night stay. Magnetic Island is beautiful.

We stayed at Peppers for 2 nights. We were super excited for our family vacation and had high expectations for Peppers. Our room was great however needed more attention to cleanliness. The blinds and door for the bathroom were disgusting. The shower also looked half clean. Pillow cases had holes in them and the kitchen splash back was also unclean. We had 2 adults and 1 toddler in our room and were only given 2 pool towels and 1 bath towel. A note in the room advised you had to pay $5 for any extra towel. I honestly beleive for the price you pay that we should have each had 1 pool towel and 1 bath towel. Other than that our room was lovely. We had dinner at the board walk that night and were even more disappointed. We dinned with another family and spent well over $500 for the evening. The kids meals were $28 for burnt and flavourless mac and cheese and a paddle pop. 3 kids ordered this and all were the same. Needless to say they did not eat their meals and it was wasted. Steak that was ordered medium came blue to rare and the lamb cutlets were also the same. When we spoke to staff about the issues they were awkward and unhelpful however did offer to get a manager that we never saw. Side note I had the squid and it was absolutely cooked to perfection. The garlic bread was also really nicely done and great flavours. However we didn't dine again on our second night. Breakfast was included but was a hit and a miss, both days the bread was stale which was fine if your toasting it but we were after a fresh slice. Eggs were cooked perfectly 👌. We found staff to be very friendly. We have stayed at other Peppers Australia wide with great service and facilities and this was our reason for choosing Peppers on Magnetic Island, this Peppers was by far our least favourite and will have us second guessing staying with Peppers again.

Great hotel but some room for improvement

We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment and looked after with a bottle of wine and a nice note for my milestone birthday. The apartment was comfortable although needed a bit of maintenance (loose cupboard door and taps coming off). Staff were a mixed bag. Some didn't even greet us when we went to ask a question another member of staff (Oscar ) was very helpful. Location was wonderful and so was the pool. Great to have parking included too. Booked hotel restaurant for my birthday dinner. My friend left a card to charge and note about my milestone birthday. Unfortunately no acknowledgement from staff about the special occasion. Nice food though. Buffet breakfast was great with different options each day. Day Spa also amazing. On check out I struggled with a large case and a baby but couldn't ring the reception for any help as phones were down. no wi fi during stay either. I broke a wheel on my suitcase and mentioned upon check out, desk staff didn't care. Overall a good experience but definitely room for improvement. Would stay again.

Thank you Peppers for our super accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, dining room great, well kept grounds and wonderful swimming pools. Reception staff very helpful and went out of their way to assist. Sadly new wifi system being installed so no access during our stay. Only one problem but the view of Marina kept us busy during our stay. Big birthday celebrations in 2025 so Peppers again. Cheers.

Had a quick weekend stay at Peppers. The best location to stay at. Next to ferry stop shops and restaurants and the bus and car hire. We had a nice balcony overlooking the marina. Aircon struggled abit with the extreme heat and humidity but we were so happy to have it. Breakfast every morning was great. Nice helpful ladies on the front desk.
