The hotel, along with its exceptional staff and outstanding service, contributed significantly to making my stay truly enjoyable; I was particularly fond of the central pool, which added to the overall experience. Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again for my future visits, as it left a lasting impression on me.

Overnighted at this property twice this week for medical appointments. Stayed in a queen/queen config room which was nice and comfy. Meals were nice at the restaurant and room service. New menus which is fab. ACCOR member so welcome gift of beer and chocolate was very nice. Late checkout was very much appreciated.

Average conference facilities and support team. Friendly and welcoming restaurant team. Tired room but reasonably clean. Room air conditioner smelled wet and moldy. A practical place to stay but not glamorous. Friendly front desk staff. A place worked hard needing a refresh.

I travel alot for work and stayed at mecure the staff were very friendly and efficient and the room and facilities were great felt like a little holiday while working. One of the best experiences out of the many places around australia I have stayed. I didn't realise I had left my headphones in the room and received a call to let me know as I had already left they kindly offered to post my headphones to me that is what I call exceptional service going above and beyond. If your looking for somewhere to stay you can't go wrong with mecure.

You can't go wrong staying at the Mercure Woolcock street. Have been staying at this hotel for a few years and for many more to come.
