PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A “HOTEL ROOM” as you do not get a room !!!! It’s a dog box with NO SPACE AT ALL TO OPEN YOUR SUITCASES (only on the bed) NO VIEW AT ALL !!!! and you have to push each other out of the way to get to the very small shower room . UNBELIEVABLY BAD EXPERIENCE and Unfriendly response , emfatic “NO” to our request to change to a decent room. Also breakfast =NZ$ 40.00 , just unbelievable . We have now traveled both islands for 22 days and had plenty of hotel rooms but NEVER, anywhere in the world a POCKY ROOM(box) like this. SHAME ON YOU PEPPERS (none) Resort .

Great location. Directly on lake tekapo. Conveniently located directly on the highway. Awesome room. We were in a suite, and it had everything inside. Amazing view of lake tekapo from big panoramic windows. Good restaurants nearby. Supermarket nearby. Petrol nearby. Shopping nearby.

Room was so small could not fit a bag in and not suer we got the room we paid for and as a All.com member expected better... Staff service at check in and restaurant and bar for dining was very very good thanks....

Ok for an overnight stay - room was tiny but bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Insufficient parking in allocated parking bay which meant we had to park up the hill. Room was really noisy, could hear people upstairs getting in & out of bed.

WARNING Do not eat at this place, it’s a shame I can’t rate this any lower. We had a 2 bedroom unit and it was lovely Didn’t have a good view on the lake but the view of the mountains was breathtaking. I am sorry I rated it so low as the unit was lovely but seriously the food was really really bad
