Similar to other reviewers, I have to say that the room was so small we had to store luggage in the bathroom - and we only had cabin sized bags. No lake view either.

Biggest plus of this hotel is its location. Staff at the reception and the restaurant were very friendly as well. But from a "lakeview room" I expect more than a view of the main road, so I might as well have paid for a cheaper room. The shower also took several minutes to finally get warm, which made me feel horrible for wasting so much water. The continental breakfast buffet was delicious, but way overpriced at $40. The bar closed very early and I didn't get a chance to enjoy it.

We were fortunate to stay in one of the Lakeview apartments, such a stunning view, being able to watch the changing landscape. It’s across the road from the supermarket, restaurants and other shops. Also a short walk to the trail up to the observatory and Astro cafe. Breakfast was the only downside. The staff were lovely (everyone we encountered) and hard working but it seemed like it was always out of everything. Compared to other hotels we’d visited across NZ, there wasn’t anything listed for any food issues (gluten or dairy free), and everyone seemed rushed off their feet.

1. 2박 3일 1베드룸 lake view 예약했습니다. 방은 관리가 잘 되어 있어서 좋았습니다 호수뷰지만 701호는 나무에 가려져 거의 호수가 보이지 않네요. 방배정시 참고하시길 바랍니다. 7XX 라인은 호수가 잘 안 보임 2. 조식은 돈 내고 먹을 만한 가치는 없음. 3. 조식시 직원이 저희 아이에게 쏟은 커피로 화상입었습니다. 대처와 사과가 미흡해서 정말 실망입니다. 약 바르고 빨래하고하느라 그 날 여행 일정을 완전히 망쳤습니다. 4. 추가 어메니티 요청이 잘 안 되었습니다. 청소서비스는 안 받겠다고 했지만 수건 추가 요청은 바로 되지않아 유감
