Solid place. Close to the lake, beautiful location but layout does mean there are lousy views for most people. Restaurant was very good, staff friendly. I would guess this is an American chain from the vibes.

This hotel is very well situated with stunning of lake tekapo and a small walk into town. The rooms are really nicely layed our for families, however the rooms are showingj alot of wear and the restaurant , including buffet breakfast and very underwhelming. Would still stay here for the location.

This hotel is beautifully situated just overlooking lake Tekapo, cannot get much better. There are, however, huge differences from one room to another. We had a lakeview villa with 2 bedrooms and a very large living room/dining-kitchen overlooking the lake. I highly recommend (budget permitting) reserving lakeview rooms or villas, you might otherwise end up in a small room with no view. There is a road between the hotel and the lake, it is not too busy and did not bother us much. Lalstly we read the very negative comments written on the restaurant in previous Tripadvisors review and reluctantly went for diner the first night. The food was absolutely fine, the prices are in line with other good restaurants in Tekapo and the service kind and friendly.

Worst Experience for overpaid room with no view.

Paid for deluxe lake view room . While the images were amazing, the room i got had minimal lake view and sidelined room..I overpaid for this room and got no view.I am already a member of All Accor group and still this service. Highly dissatisfied with the hospitality and no further support by the reception desk. I highly do not recommend this peppers property for such high prices and least hospitality.

직원들의 응대는 너무나 완벽했습니다. 특히 레스토랑에서 저녁을 먹었는데 한국인 chef를 만났습니다. 너무 친절했고 우리에게 불편한 것은 없는지 음식은 입에 맞는지 계속 체크해주셨고 음식에 대해서 자세하게 설명해주어서 너무 좋았습니다. 조식을 먹을 때에도 커피, 음식 등을 계속해서 확인해주셨고 이러한 경험들이 우리의 경험을 더욱 특별하고 행복하게 만들었습니다. 다음에 다시 Tekapo에 오게 된다면 틀림없이 여기에 다시 숙박할 것입니다.
