Room was great, clean and very good value for money. Stayed for 2 weeks in studio room looking over the quay. Full housekeeping service was provided due to long stay, no room service but Indian & Korean/Japanese restaurants downstairs. Highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay, rooms clean, spacious, views, nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything. Highly recommended, and definitely staying again Staff friendly and accommodating, nothing a problem and all very happy at work , so nice to see Great place.

They booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 adults and what we received was a 1 bedroom apartment . Queen size bed, towels for 2 people only, mouldy smell, dirty carpet.I told friends in Port Macquarie about this place and they were not surprised.

Needs an upgrade and it seems boozy long term undesirables hang there, im writing this at 1am, waiting for the trash to crash. (Just what I think for legal reasons) wish I stayed somewhere else now :(

What can I say it was just dirty in the bathroom, inside the dishwasher and kitchen benches with dust on surfaces beside the bed and under TV. When a place is priced equivalent to a 4-5 star Melbourne hotel you would expect better. Suggest you book somewhere else.
