Dear Caroline, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. While I’m pleased to hear you found our location convenient, I’m very sorry that the condition and upkeep of the laundry area fell so far below expectations. A dirty laundry room, machines not functioning properly, and bins not being emptied over the course of your stay are absolutely not the standards we aim to uphold — and certainly not reflective of the level of care you should experience at any Accor property. Your comments are concerning, and I will be addressing this immediately with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the space is cleaned regularly, equipment is checked, and the area is maintained to the standard our guests deserve.
