Stayed in a really out of date, like really really out of date room. The "kitchen" burner element cook tops did not work and much delapitated and needs upkeep. Can not recommend and would not stay again, unless you are in a pinch. It is in a nice location at the waterfront and such so not a complete fail, just cant recommend as a first choice. Location like 8/10 but quality of the room like a 5/10. Also, do not depend on the kitchen as it is a total farce and disfunctioning.

Stayed in 3 bedroom apartment. Have stayed in multiple regional Mantra Hotels (eg. Albury, Lorne) . This very tired hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade or re-classification under the Accor label. Skeeta's Restaurant was fantastic...but you couldn't get a dining discount with Accor card presentation. Location is great and most of the rating given is for the location and restaurant.

The room we stayed in was flooding with water from the ocean facing window/wall. Bag of clothes got wet from the soaked carpet.

We were aware that there had been some difficulties with the accomodation as a consequence of plumbing issues. The staff tried their best to overcome them.
