Extremely pleasant with clean rooms, quiet and beautiful tropical setting with a nice pool area. As Accor plus members we had a nice greeting card & some goodies in our room. Jude, who runs the food and beverage in the mornings is a definite asset and makes the breakfast a fun experience. Had dinner the 3 nights we were there, and while the food was particularly good, the service was a bit hit & miss. Wifi in the room was good & the only real downside was the spa was out for some maintenance. Would definitely stay again.

Very good value hotel in Airlie Beach. Had a very nice updated comfortable room. There is a good pool area and it is not far from the beach - but you must cross a busy road. The service was friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included was pretty ordinary and a good barista coffee was an extra charge.

Really enjoyed our stay.Jude and Rafael are a credit to the hotel,however the evening staff in the dining room are a different "breed" I was told by the waitress to write a review regarding my lack of service at dinner, as the waitress could not fulfil my request for no salad but perhaps a slice of tomato, with my steak and chips, the answer was that no tomato in the fridge,rather amazed as trays of fresh tomatoes each morning available for breakfast. Tables left dirty,no team work or organisation a total mismatch of service and no respect for the customer.The morning staff could show them how to smile and treat people with respect, at the end of day will return but would not eat our evening meals or have a cocktail in the bar if the same staff our still employed

We flew from Melbourne for a two night trip in Airlie beach. I am really surprised with the facility and services here since I stepped in. The facility has an amazing design with a nice pool in the centre and a huge restaurant. I am really impressed with the staff working here as well. Everyone is friendly, kind and always willings to help. Jude - a beautiful and kind lady who always makes us yummy coffee in the morning. I love her voice, her sense of humour and approach. Her energy is always beautiful and definitely a hard worker. The price for two nights are reasonable, and the room is perfectly equipped with modern equipments. I also enjoyed sunbathed in the pool and read my book. I will rate 5 starts for my time here and definitely recommended.

3 night stay for work and the location , the room and service was outstanding. The food was exceptional and the cocktails amazing. Highly recommend to stay and will be defiantly back again. Rooms was clean spacious and well maintained. Everything you need to enjoy time away from home
