Booked to stay here Arrived and no staff or annyone to speak to or contact. Hotel claimed that we had checked in day before which is impossible. Unbelievable Requested refund and refused. Dont go there !!!! Other hotels much better hotels to stay

This is an old resort. The 3 bedroom apartment we had was well renovated and furnished however only 1 air conditioner in the family room, none in any bedroom. No wifi and poor mobile phone reception. Lots of narrow stairs to get to the 3rd floor apartment, with no elevator, so not suitable at all for elderly or disabled.

The location and view are fabulous. Shame that the rooms don’t match as the furnishings are very dated with a very small fridge. Expectations for a resort are well above this place although and it does have limited cooking facilities with not much cutlery or glassware etc. and no dishwasher. it’s a real let down as it is a great place and the owners need to be told to update things.

Too old school, with no conveniences, like an elevator!

Lots of narrow stairs to climb to get to the 3rd floor. Very difficult with suitcases and verrrry hot. Car hardly fits in the garage, can’t get luggage out of the back seat and the rear door hits the roof. One air conditioner for a 3 bedroom apartment, and NO wifi at the resort at all! Poor mobile reception, no wifi and 2 grand children = problems. If you are not young and fit forget an upper level apartment. You need a key to get into the resort, the building, and your room. No swipe card convenience. The apartment was nice but the carrying of luggage for everyone in 35 degree heat with 80% humidity is horrible. Can’t load the car as there is nowhere to park with room to open the doors! There are so many more options that are superior.
