Mantra Sydney Central is reasonable value for money compared to other hotels in the Sydney CBD. The rooms and facilities are basic, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating, as we needed to keep topping up the tea supplies, and they were very obliging. The location is in the heart of Chinatown, with the light rail stop right outside the front door, with Town Hall and Central stations both a ten-minute walk away.

Fomos muito bem atendidas, recepção e pessoal da limpeza muito cordiais e atenciosos, quarto bem limpo. Quando precisamos de informações suplementares nos atenderam muito bem. Superou as expectativas. E a localização é excelente, do lado do tram, pertinho de vários lugares para comer e fazer compras se precisar, a preços mais acessíveis.

4 nuits dans un studio 230 AUD/nuit au 11ème étage. Hôtel très bien placé dans le quartier de China / Thaï town, avec le tram devant l’une des entrées de l’hôtel (au 11ème étage, nous ne l’entendions quasiment pas passer). Chambre spacieuse de 27m3, avec kichtenette, grand lit confortable, canapé, TV (pas de chaîne Fr), petit balcon, salle de bain avec baignoire. Pour la cuisine : assiettes, verres, couverts et bols prévus pour deux personnes. Quelques ustensiles supplémentaires à disposition. Deux plaques de cuisson, poêles et casseroles à demander à la réception. Grille pain, micro-onde et bouilloire à disposition, tout comme torchons, éponge et produit vaisselle. Quelques thés/cafés/sucres offerts. Petit frigo fonctionnel mais pas très froid. Le point faible principal : les agencements ; Manque une chaise pour manger attablé ; Absence d’égouttoir ; Manque de patères dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires ou attraper facilement une serviette. Paroi de douche qui ne fait pas l’étanchéité. Concernant la propreté, on retrouvera quand même des cheveux par-ci par-là ; Nous n’avions pas opté pour un ménage journalier, de fait il n’y avait aucune vidange des poubelles ; Il a fallu demander une serviette supplémentaire pour les mains pour la cuisine ; Et enfin, les recharges en savon ne sont pas vérifiées, il faut donc une nouvelle fois demander a l’accueil. En synthèse, séjour correct, standing classique, un peu cher au regard des nombreux petits détails qui mériteraient d’être améliorés.

La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla metropolitana e dai bus che portano ad ogni angolo della città.. La nostra stanza era magnifica, spaziosa completa di cucinino, divano, armadio a specchio, tv e scrivania.. Unica pecca la reception posizionata praticamente dentro un ristorante di cucina asiatica (la puzza era insopportabile a qualsiasi ora della giornata, ma per fortuna non raggiunge le stanze). Buono il servizio di lavanderia (solo 8 dollari per lavare e asciugare praticamente due valigie intere!!!)

La posizione non è male ma siamo proprio al limite, la camera era in realtà un mini-monolocale, quindi risultava essere praticamente una camera spaziosa, ma il problema è risultato essere il bagno decisamente vetusto e bisognoso di una ristrutturazione completa ...intendendo anche la gestione dei servizi del bagno stesso. Altra pecca WiFi solo a pagamento.
