Profonde déception suite à mon récent séjour dans votre établissement, censé jouir d'une réputation prestigieuse en tant qu'hôtel cinq étoiles ayant ouvert ses portes en septembre 2022. Malheureusement, mon expérience a été loin de répondre à mes attentes en termes de qualité de service et d'hospitalité. Tout d'abord, j'ai été consterné par le niveau de propreté de ma chambre. La présence de poussière et de saleté sur plusieurs surfaces laissait à désirer et ne correspondait pas aux normes attendues d'un hôtel de votre catégorie. De plus, la lenteur du service d'étage a considérablement entravé ma commodité pendant mon séjour. En outre, l'attitude nonchalante du personnel à la réception a été particulièrement préoccupante. Malgré mes tentatives pour communiquer mes préoccupations et attentes, il semblait que mes demandes étaient négligées, et l'absence de réponse adéquate à mes besoins a contribué à ma frustration. En somme, je m'attendais à ce que mon séjour dans votre établissement cinq étoiles soit une expérience mémorable et agréable, mais malheureusement, elle s'est révélée être tout le contraire. Enfin car il en est pour le moins indécent, le prix demandé pour ce hébergement (525 $AUD par nuit) est bien au-delà de ce qui est justifié par la qualité de service fournie pour un établissement affichant 5 étoiles.

ho chiesto di utilizzare la piscina il giorno del check out per non dovere vagare per la città è mi è stato negato questo mi ha generato la insoddisfazione dopo 1 settimana di permanenza mi sembrava il minimo

Mi mujer y yo nos alojamos en el hotel por cuatro noches a principios de diciembre. Elegimos el hotel por la ubicación y fantásticas opiniones en la web. El hotel está situado entre el Ayuntamiento y Hyde Park, una ubicación muy céntrica con infinidad de centros comerciales, tiendas, locales de comida rápida, restaurantes y atracciones varias de la ciudad, además de tener paradas de tranvía y tren a unos minutos andando. El hotel consta de dos edificios, uno donde están la recepción y los tres bares y restaurantes, montados en una antigua fábrica, de la cual aún se conservan algunas estructuras originales, y el otro edificio anexo que consta de 11 pisos, 10 de los cuales albergan las habitaciones y en el 11 están ubicados el gimnasio y la piscina exterior. Por lo que se refiere a las cosas positivas del hotel, la ubicación muy céntrica, el personal de recepción, que nos ayudó en todo cuanto pudo, nos recomendaron cosas que hacer y visitar en la ciudad, sobre todo agradecer a Nicole y Betsy su amabilidad y simpatía. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El desayuno en el restaurante era fantástico, un café buenísimo y la amabilidad del personal, sobre todo Pia que nos atendió varios días. La habitación, tal como comentan otros huéspedes, muy moderna y espaciosa, cama muy cómoda y todo controlado por una tablet que es muy moderna, pero para algunas cosas echamos de menos alguna toma manual de la luz cómo la del baño. El gimnasio consta de maquinaria muy nueva y moderna y la piscina, aunque pequeña, ideal para refrescarte en los días más calurosos. Como aspectos negativos, es el ruido que se escucha en las habitaciones ubicadas en la parte de la calle, tendrían que estar mejor insonorizadas las habitaciones, nosotros nos alojamos en una habitación que daba al patio interior, y no se escuchaba tanto el ruido de la calle, pero si se escuchaba el ruido de las máquinas de los aires acondicionados, a los cuales es más fácil acostumbrarse. La limpieza de la habitación, mejorable para un hotel de 5 estrellas, aunque nada grave. En líneas generales, el hotel en su conjunto nos ha gustado mucho y nos volveríamos a alojar en caso de volver a visitar Sydney.

NSW 써머타임도 반영이 안된 객실 시계, 체계화 되지 않은 서비스, 반면 호텔 직원들은 친절합니다 그러나 호텔이라는 느낌보다는 한국 모텔 정도 수준밖에 안되네요 다음에는 안갈꺼 같아요
