We always stay at the Ala Moana Hotel, and we love it. It is very comfortable and close to everything. Just a 15-20 min walk to Waikiki, and the Ala Moana Shopping center is just outside! The one thing I wish they would update though, are the beds. Some of the rooms have good beds, but some others need to be replaced.

Great location as it is right next door the the Ala Moana shopping mall which is the largest in Hawaii. Rooms were clean and comfortable and beds were super comfy Check in was a bit slow and clunky as there was a bit of a wait in line otherwise was all good

Long check-in queqe, even arrive early the reception denied to process anything and have to get back to the very long queqe at 3 pm. Room is old and furnished with carpet not feel clean. Less amentities. No slipper or shower cap provided. Booking through accor app which more expensive than other platform. No welcome drink as stated just 2 bottled water per stay. Not impressed with the experience.

Great location if your coming for the mall, somewhat updated lobby. rooms are tiny, antiquated, dirty, and dingy. NO blanket/duvet on beds, just a sheet. If your not in the higher priced tower, your room will be cavernous. The price for stay is overpriced for what this is.

Would not recommend this Hotel, there is a complete lack of customer service which ruined our holiday. There are plenty of other hotels in Honolulu. Not be fooled by the cheapest price , in the end you will pay for it. Didn't even have the courtesy to make contact with us on our return to Australia.
