Absolutely amazing stay! Beautiful hotel and the staff were incredible- they could not be anymore helpful! All the little quirky extras, down to the shampoo bar was sensational! The decor of the building, reception, restaurant and room was so beautiful (very instagrammable!), I can't wait to visit again!

Very good customer service, staff are always nice and they always acquire to my needs no matter the problem. Rooms are always clean there are no complaints in that section. Smart tv available which a lot of hotels in that price range don’t have so you’re able to watch movies with your partner and listen to whatever music of your choice Breakfast is also very nice will definitely be coming back.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious.The staff were friendly and helpful Michelle was so polite always had a smile on her face. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre. Will definitely be staying again and will bringing friends and family next time!

I would like to mention that I had a great experience from all I encountered at Mama Shelter from the reception staff and the restaurant staff included the friendly security staff there, everyone is so helpful and friendly made my stay at Mama Shelter worth the while.
