This was now my second time staying at mama shelter and I loved it! The stuff are super friendly and helpful especially a young lady called Monique. The room was nice, clean and spacious , equipped with one of the best blow dryer I’ve ever used in a hotel! Breakfast was lovely too, Over all i had a wonderful time at mamas shelter and I’ll definitely be staying again.

Very well decorated , polite and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean and large enough to feel comfortable. Kids loved the food served for breakfast and dinner . There is bar, nice cocktails and wine by the glass. The hotel is very central, close to Broadway Market and the Flower Market.

The best mama we've tried (and we've been to a lot of them!).

Perfect experience. We have a big let down at mama shelter Bordeaux but this is the best one we've experienced. First great staff. Second great neighborhood. Brick lane is just around the corner and the vibe was great. Third great rooms quite specious which is rare for London. Fourth the bus stop in front of the hotel brings you straight to Victoria or Leicester square. Will definitely return ! Wil

Really welcoming service and very efficient ! Ladies at reception super friendly and very helpful. Rooms are lovely with a “twist”! Food and drinks too great and in a cool part of London . Above all the service stands out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
