Ma chambre avait été réservé des semaines à l’avance et quand je suis arrivée ils m’ont donné une chambre déjà occupée sans s’en rendre compte (j’ai bien évidemment réveillé l’occupant de la chambre sans le savoir). Ils ont mis 1h30 à nous trouver une autre chambre (qui n’était d’ailleurs pas faites pour recevoir du monde) et lorsque le lendemain (car nous étions arrivés vers 23h) nous avons demandé au manager une compensation sa réponse fut la suivante « mais vous avez dormi non ? C’est tout ce qui compte ». Oubliez donc le respect dans cet établissement

Le personnel n'est pas vraiment compétant.. 3 fois pour refaire une carte pour la chambre ! Car ne fonctionnait pas... aucun placard dans la chambre. Pas un classement pour un ibis styles.... peinture à refaire..beaucoup de choses à revoir....

We just stopped one night here during our trip to south of france. The hotel has everything we needed to spend a restoring night. The night receptionist was a nice student/worker that received us very efficiently. Breakfast is rich and good. Great value

We were on a road trip through France and stayed here for one night. I don’t know what people are talking about with the breakfast. We had a cold roll, a plastic piece of tiny cheese, an apple and a small coffee from a machine. This was ten euros per person. A complete joke. The room was tiny, no closet and very hot.

First, we would like to thank you for taking time to share your opinion which help us to improve. It is true that during the COVID period we had a breakfast service on a tray with a reduced offer. We are glad to communicate that since 2 weeks we are offering back our BUFFET breakfast with adapted sanitary conditions. Just for information, the breakfast is included in the price of the room so i don't understand why you are talking about 10€. I think this is a misunderstanding... Our staff is available 24/7 to respond to your expectations and needs, so you should not have hesitated to explain that you prefer to have another room. We are so sorry to read your experience and we invite you to contact our hotel in order to offer you a discount on your future booking in order to offer us a new chance to meet your needs. Best regards

Just a simple Ibis Styles Hotel. The rooms definitely need to be redone. Our breakfast was OK so far. The hotel’s staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. But in the end the room rates are too high.
