First, we would like to thank you for taking time to share your opinion which help us to improve. It is true that during the COVID period we had a breakfast service on a tray with a reduced offer. We are glad to communicate that since 2 weeks we are offering back our BUFFET breakfast with adapted sanitary conditions. Just for information, the breakfast is included in the price of the room so i don't understand why you are talking about 10€. I think this is a misunderstanding... Our staff is available 24/7 to respond to your expectations and needs, so you should not have hesitated to explain that you prefer to have another room. We are so sorry to read your experience and we invite you to contact our hotel in order to offer you a discount on your future booking in order to offer us a new chance to meet your needs.
