Having just returned from an 8 night stay we would highly recommend this amazing hotel. On arrival Benj welcomed us, he was very professional & a friendly face throughout our stay, always there to help with any queries. We traveled as 3 adults and found the one bedroom suite very spacious, clean & modern…just perfect. The hotel lobby and courtyard are stunning, we really enjoyed morning coffee after breakfast relaxing here. The buffet was varied and always of a high standard. We always sat outside and enjoyed the dinner entertainment. People’s restaurant was a great option for lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed all the a la carte restaurants, again impeccable service and delicious food, our favourites being the Italian & Asian. Cocktails were all top quality, we especially liked how they had different menus at the different bars…certainly plenty to choose from! The beach is incredible & reminded us of The Maldives, a real highlight of staying on Saadiyat, we loved our daily beach walks. The sunset DJ was another fab touch. What really makes this hotel is the staff and service throughout. Everyone was so attentive and friendly and always remembered your drink preference. All staff really do deserve to be recognised. Special mention to KB delivering our drinks daily on roller skates, he’s a great asset to the team. We have never returned to a hotel but are looking at returning next year! Couldn’t have thought of a better place for my Mums 60th celebrations.. Thank you for such a memorable holiday.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with so many nice touches Big shout out to the following staff Tayyab - so polite and helpful with sunbeds KB and Ashraf - superb service rollerskating delivery of drinks Lucky - great barman - excellent chocolate milkshake with Amarula So many other staff make this place worthwhile. Only negatives As a couple - too many children and would have been perfect if had an adult pool Dress code not enforced in a la carte restaurants - so many round neck t-shirts, non tailored shorts and flip flops being allowed.

We stayed in rixos premium saadiyat in room 3231 with all the family and kids. Very nice hotel and beach. Thank you Dona from Guest relations very accomodating and friendly and clarish in reception for the help. We will definitely come back. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We stayed as a group of four in a room with a private pool. The property was excellent, with a high-end atmosphere and an outstanding all-inclusive service. A special mention goes to Soumen, whose professionalism, courtesy, and constant presence made our stay fantastic by helping us and resolving any issues we encountered. The only aspect that could be improved is the concierge service for planning activities.
