We're glad to hear you found the rooms well-appointed, but we regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations for a 5-star experience. Regarding breakfast, we appreciate your feedback about the focus on Indian cuisine. We aim to offer a variety of options, but we'll certainly take your comments into account as we work to diversify the menu to accommodate all guest preferences. We also recognize that the breakfast lounge may feel cramped during busy hours, and we're exploring ways to improve the space for smoother navigation. We're sorry to hear about the initial service delays and subpar food standards. We strive to provide excellent service at all times, and it's disheartening to learn that it took a complaint for things to improve. We are committed to addressing this issue to ensure all guests receive timely and attentive service from the start. Lastly, we apologize for the noise disturbance from the poolside and terrace bar. We value all our guests’ feedback as it helps us improve, and we’re sorry that we fell short in several areas. We regret that the food selection and variety did not suit your tastes. Our aim is to cater to a wide range of preferences, but we understand that offering a broader selection of international cuisine would enhance the experience for some guests. Regarding the room conditions, we sincerely apologize for the issues with the bathroom, including mold and leaks. This is absolutely not the standard we strive for, and we regret that the issue wasn’t resolved during your stay.
