Vraiment déçu. Nous avons passé une nuit à grelotter car le chauffage assuré par un grille pain était nul, quant au petit déjeuner le choix des victuailles était minimaliste au possible avec une machine à café en panne...bref déçu ... mauvaise expérience

This hotel feels abandoned. Hardly ever is there anyone of the staff at reception or in the “breakfast” area. Breakfast is the poorest and cheapest one can imagine. It’s not even worth getting up for. The rooms are small but clean. No A/C and a lot of outside noise during the evening and night. For sure not the nicest neighbourhood around. It’s one of the worst hotels ever visited. Not sure I would even rate is 1*

Hotel is very basic and in an undesirable area, not suitable for families really and feel quite unsafe. Travel is impossible the strike and while I do not attribute this to the hotel its location is an inconvenience. I left a small necklace of sentimental value in my room, there were no safes and I left it on the bed side. When I returned it had gone. The member of night staff admitted that it was a common occurrence,he rolled his eyes and apologised. The day staff were less than helpful. They were rude, dismissive and refused to contact the police. The hotel manager walked passed us chewing with a wide open mouth and refused to talk to us, choosing to hide in the office. We have contacted the police and will be following up with booking.com also. I am furious that my locked hotel room was stolen from by this a member of staff.

Thought I would do a review even if still here. We came as a family and after reading the other reviews arrived quite apprehensive . Firstly the hotel is OK , rooms small but functional . The room was clean and comfortable . Not much storage space . There was noise from the periferique as we faced that way , not too bad with window shut . Didn't hear any noise from outside otherwise . The reviews said the area was awful , we walked around to Pigalle , Montmartre , Port de st Ouen and never had any problems or felt worried , certainly we didn't see anything or felt worried. In fact we visited shops , eat and drunk locally and enjoyed it . There is a lot of litter (not unusual for Paris by the look of it and with the lack of public toilets there seems to be a lot of man made streams again all over Paris ) . All I can say it is a budget hotel we paid 40 euros a night , great bargain . The parking is expensive but added together still a bargain for a Paris hotel . Nearest metro 15 mins walk again no hassles . Would use again and for the money I can't complain.

What an awful hotel, the rooms are so dirty. Floor wasn’t cleaned properly and the bathroom. Towels had stains. The room is so tiny. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were quite helpful.
