Incredible hotel! I chose this as they offered a single room and are perfectly located for the Eurostar. I was very impressed with the room - perfect for me, and surprisingly very quiet given the location. Decor is fun, and it’s clean, comfy, and well sized. The staff are the standout stars though - everyone was incredibly helpful on reception and with storing luggage. I even forgot some jewellery in my room and they helped me get it back quickly and easily. Will absolutely be returning, this will be my go to Paris hotel now!!

Hotel is good just keep away from the bar on first floor, 20 euro for very small wine & 330cl bottle of beer. Hotel itself quirky but clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast plentiful. Good location, Right opposite gare du nord. Easy access to central Paris.

If going to Paris on Eurostar then this is a great location as a base in Paris. Easy to get to once you arrive in Paris (literally across the road) and even better if you have a late train booked. We checked out and 25Hrs held our luggage while we went out for the day and just popped in to collect our luggage on our way to the train station. This is a trendy hotel bursting with character that we were glad we booked here over a generic hotel chain. MD was super helpful and helped make the stay for my Mother's Birthday very special.

This is not a four star hotel for Paris. I have stayed in many. Also, three star hotels that are lightyears better. It is unclear to me how this rating was given to this hotel. The area around Gare du Nord was patrolled by police on bikes with questionable people milling about. It provided the feeling of being unsafe. I think most people staying here would be for short stays. Likely taking the train. When you arrive at the hotel, first thing greeting you is the broken window doorway. Then, the dirty carpeting in the elevator. When arriving at my room, the carpets were stained, giving the impression of uncleanliness. It had me wishing I brought my slippers. The sink did not work during my stay, flooding the bathroom floor. There are too many other things (not good) to mention for this review. The bottom line is that you should avoid this hotel at all costs. There are over 1,800 hotels in Paris. Please choose another one.

Room: The cleanliness and size of the room was the only thing that lived up to the 4 star level and was a positive experience. Location: The area where the hotel is located is very busy, many travelers go through this area due to proximity of the big train station. The area is a bit restless in the evenings, a lot of shady people hanging out in the corners. Far from family friendly area. Walking distance to main tourist sights a bit far. The only good thing about the proximity of a large train station is that there are good connections with both metro and RER lines. Staff: Customer service feeling was not very positive. Felt like buying a newspaper in a kiosk. Breakfast: I would not spend money on this breakfast. Instead, I would use the money in some nearby café and probably get much more value for less money. All the time products was out and one had to ask for the staff to fill up. Free seats not available since they do not open the second or third section before it is smacked full and every seat is taken. Had to share table with strangers. They struggled with cleaning out guests plates and cups after people had left. In the end I just showed the dishes a side to get a table. Over all experience: Throughout the year I have traveled to 6 different countries in Europe, and several different locations in these countries. I have stayed at 25hours hotels in other destinations. Based on those all through positive experiences, I choose this hotel for our Paris vacation. My experience is that this hotel does not live up to the standard of the chain’s other hotels. Would rate this as a 3 star hotel, definitely not a 4 star.
